Be sure to include: 1) An introduction that defines a problem, stresses its importance, and offers a brief description of the proposed solution (thesis). 2) An analysis of the problem, discussing its causes and its effects. 3) A detailed plan that shows step by step how to solve the problem. 4) A cost-benefits analysis that measures the benefits of the plan against its costs. 5) A conclusion that looks to the future and stresses the importance of taking action. Your submittal should be a minimum of 500 words. REMEMBER, APA STYLE IS REQUIRED.
